1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing Tower University, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines provided. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Use of Services Tower University is an educational platform designed to provide business and leadership content to dental and healthcare professionals. You agree to use the content solely for personal or organizational learning and not for redistribution, resale, or commercial gain outside of your practice.

3. Account Registration To access certain features, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Intellectual Property All content, including videos, written materials, designs, logos, and brand assets, are the property of Tower Leadership or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

5. Subscription and Billing Tower University operates on a subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel or change your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

6. Device Limits Access is limited to the number of devices based on your subscription tier. Individual plans are permitted up to three devices. Business plans are permitted up to twelve. Sharing access credentials beyond these limits is strictly prohibited.

7. Modifications to Service We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.

8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized or unlawful use of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability Tower University is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding outcomes or business results from the use of our content. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
